SPRING SEMESTER 2017
I hope everyone had a great February Break!
Unit 2
I hope you all had a great Fall Break! We are now starting our 2nd unit, and it's hard to believe that we are half way through the semester!
We are entering our second unit of the semester, which focuses on survival. We are reading multiple short stories, starting with "The Most Dangerous Game" by Richard Connell to discuss ways a person might have to survive other than physical survival.
We will also be starting the memoir Night by Elie Wiesel at the end of this week. We have been discussing background information for the Holocaust as well as Propaganda Techniques and how they are used in advertising. I am attaching all of the notes and the study guide packet for Night at the end of this post. We will be reading and completing the study guide for the next couple of weeks, but as soon as I have a date locked down for the test I will include that on the blog.

I am attaching the study guide questions for the play below in case anyone loses their copy.
I am also attaching this week's vocabulary list (quiz on Friday).
Have a great week!
